MUIC. Officially means Mobilization...er, something. No one
really cares, we all know that it's a place that processes people to be deployed
overseas and then back home.
Of course, it took us a whole friggin MONTH to get out of the place just trying
to get to the Desert (not that I really cared..."pay's the same and the clock is
ticking"). It became such a pain that we nicknamed the MUIC as "Moral
Undermining Internment Camp"
However, where else can you find an entire pile of rifles and machineguns? (this was just before we left, about to issue them all out on a "permenant" basis and not having to lock them up all the time)
And here's a cute scene; you don't see an entire line of machine guns sitting around too often.
Sadly, that's about all that was interesting that went on that entire month.
